Bedroom on 2 floors 3 miles from northern quarter

The room is available now. This is a bedroom in a shared house. The facilities are shared between 4 people (including the person who takes the room) the communal areas can be seen on the photos. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables, draw set, desk, chair and a sofa. The room is on 2 floors, with the living and working area on one level and the staircase in the corner leading up to the bedroom. There's a massive storage cupboard upstairs in the room as well, so lots of space, and it has big windows so it's a really bright room.

The room is for single occupancy only. No couples, sorry. Also no pets, I had to ask someone to leave in the past because they moved a pet in without permission.

All rooms in the house are large. This really is a beautiful, unusual home. Everyone who visits comments on how unique the property is. There is a wood burner in the living room, which is very cosy, and we also have a wood burner in the kitchen. The bathroom has a bath/shower.

There's a bus stop 2 minutes walk away with buses running approx every 10 minutes. It takes 20 minutes approx on the bus to get to the city centre (bus goes to the northern quarter). There's also a Lidl, Farmfoods and Asda a short walk away as well as a McDonalds and Subway (approx 5 mins walk). There's a tram stop about 15-20 minutes walk away that goes to the city centre, Chorlton etc (pink line).

All bills are included in the price. There's Virgin Media 1GB fibre broadband (it's meant to be the best home internet available), and we have wifi boosters on the 1st floor, so it's available throughout the house. There's also a cleaner who cleans the communal areas every other week.

Everyone that lives in the house is a professional, and we all like to live in a clean and tidy house.

The rent for the month is payable in advance. I will not hold the room until the deposit has been paid (sorry, I've had people mess around in the past, so no deposit, no room!)
