It has great public transport links with regular buses into the centre of Manchester taking 15-20 minutes and Gorton train station within walking distance offering trains into Manchester Piccadilly taking 8 minutes. Edge Lane tram stop is a 20 min walk!

This would suit a clean laid back professional or student that is after somewhere well kept and relaxed.
