Double ensuite in Spacious flat

Now two rooms available! As per below but the second room has a balcony instead of an ensuite!

We have an ensuite double bedroom to rent in our 3 bedroom penthouse flat close to Manchester Centre (1 mile from Piccadilly)

The Room is my current bedroom and is pictured, I will be moving into the vacant bedroom upstairs when our current flat mate moves out, Leaving this room free.
It's a spacious double room with ensuite bathroom. And also a walk in wardrobe (off picture).
The room is on the downstairs floor.

The Apartment
Is very large, has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 balconies in total. You can see from the pictures how big the lounge area Is! There are two floors with two bedrooms and two balconies upstairs and one ensuite downstairs(advertised room).
Washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, everything you can think of! There is a private car park downstairs (we all have cars currently and there is always room)
2 mins from Asda, 2 mins from Piccadilly station and a bus stop right outside!

Including bills I would say we pay a total of 500 a month as we have the fastest internet and BT sport, but will be getting rid of the Tv channels in July to reduce costs!
