Hi, I'm leaving my house mid to late October, leaving one cosy room available. The house is perfect for anyone going to UoM campuses
The room is a single but it has plenty of storage space.

- Another smaller wardrobe
It also has quite a big desk which would easily fit a larger computer monitor if you had one, but otherwise is perfect for studying.
There is one large bathroom and a very spacious open plan kitchen and living area.
Current housemates are made up of 3 females and 1 male. They are all postgraduate students and are super friendly. We do enjoy going out together so there is a very social vibe in the house.
Rent is 300pm and bills usually come in at 20 - 30 pounds per person.
