Room 5 is a huge attic room, with lots of built in storage, double bed, sofa bed, 42 inch tv, curved wooden desk, ensuite bathroom with saloon doors and velux windows. Perfect for a couple or even a small family. RENT £550

All bills included (as long as you don't go too mad); Gas, elec, water, council-tax, and broadband, weekly cleaner Housemates contribute to consumables (loo roll, washing-up-liquid etc).
