My name is Gemma. I am a 31 year old professional, i work for Manchester City Council weekdays 9-5 and do most of my socialising at weekend. During the week I llike to chill after work and I spend most of my evenings at the gym. My current flatmate is moving out and I am looking for a professional female of a similar age to share my apartment with.

Price per month includes RENT and all BILLS inc wireless broadband and HD sky tv EXCEPT electricity, but this is fairly low.

The apartment is located at Sportcity, it was brand new when i moved in 6 years ago. The flat is about a mile outside the city centre, close to a main road with very frequent buses and now trams mean its only 10 minutes into the centre. Huge 24 hour ASDA, petrol station and Mcdonalds 2 mins walk from the front door. Also Man City ground with gym, tennis, squash and cycling centre very close if you're sporty! The flat is also close to Ancoats where there are shops, coffee shops and a pure gym.

The room is fairly large, with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables etc. The flat has a large living room/kitchen which is fully furnished with all mod cons inc dishwasher and 50" tv. It also has a large balcony, and being on the 8th floor the views over a local park are excellent!

The apartment has its own secure gated access parking space, which can be yours.

I am an easy going, friendly person. I am tidy and clean but not obsessively so, im fairly quiet in the week as my job is quite demanding. I have a rabbit called Biscuit so u must like animals!
