Double room in Manchester City Centre £450pcm inc

Hello,

My partner and I have a 2 bedroom house in manchester city centre (ancoats area) and are looking to rent out the spare bedroom!

The previous tenant is due to move out on the 17th November so the room will be available from then on.

We are quite relaxed and do not offer a tenancy, in return do not require a deposit. This was no strings attached which we find works better.

The room is a fair size double room with a bed available if you do not have your own furniture. There is an ariel point for tv and we are fairly flexible if you want to put your own stamp on it and make it your own!

To avoid overcrowding the room we decided to offer a separate dressing room (also included in the price). This has a double clothes rail, draws and shelving for great storage space and to get the most relaxing environment out of your bedroom!

There is a shared bathroom with shower and bath. A shared kitchen, completely equipped so if you don't have much don't worry we don't mind sharing what we have! You will have your own cupboards also and washing machine/ tumble dryer to use.

The living room is spacious and cosy which is also a shared space. There is wifi available also. We also have a lovely conservatory to use with a sofa in to relax with opening patio doors to a small enclosed garden area.

There is permit parking available behind the house. The area itself is great for walking into town (10mins) or a bus outside the house.

A bit about us seeing as we would be living together! I am a nurse at MRI so i work shift work. My partner works in admin therefore works 9-5. We like to go out at the weekends, and occasionally have friends over during the week. We have always lived with a housemate and hope to find someone we can socialize with also! We are tidy people and respect that we share living spaces with other people. We both have family's who live outside of Manchester who also occasionally visit. We are pretty easy going and hope to find someone like minded!
