Cosy City Centre Flat
Hello
I have a double room to rent in a lovely, cosy apartment in a gorgeous converted building in the city centre which is less than 10 minute walk to Deansgate and 5 minutes to Spinningfields.
You would be sharing with me, a 35 year old professional female who is friendly and easy to get along with! I like meeting up with friends, going out for drinks and eating out but I am also happy having nights in cooking and watching the TV.
I am looking to share with a like-minded female (as a preference) of similar age to myself who wants a home rather than just somewhere to sleep and who won’t mind sharing a bottle of vino every now and then! The room would suit someone looking for a peaceful and tidy place to live (non-smoker only please).
The rent is £350 a month (approx £510 including all bills – council tax, water, electricity, virgin TV and Wi-Fi).
If you're interested just get in touch and tell me a little bit about yourself. The room's available from 14th June.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Janie
