Double Room (En-suite) Near Piccadilly Station

**ROOM AVAILABLE 2nd April**

I have one double bedroom with private bathroom to rent in my modern and beautifully decorated flat, ideally located right next to Piccadilly Station (less than a 2 minute walk) just off Whitworth Street. Great location for those working in the City Centre of anyone who commutes. I have listed the room as En-suite you will have sole use of the main bathroom. The bedroom itself will come with a double bed, large double wardrobe (including mirror important for us ladies), chest of drawers and a bedside table. There is also a 32 inch TV in the room.

I am the Landlord but renting my room out due to having to move south for work. You will be living with my housemate and friend James. He’s a flight attendant working long haul so often away, but really friendly and sociable when he’s home. He likes socialising with friends, going to the gym and is a fun, outgoing and respectful person and would like the same in a flatmate.

Ideally prefer to share with females who are clean and tidy.

All Bills are Included; Council Tax, Water, Electric, TV Licence, Broadband, Home Contents Insurance & SKY TV. There is also a fortnightly cleaner.

Parking; There is no Parking at the flat and as it is in a very central location street parking is limited. (Although readily available before 8am and after 8pm) I can however also advise that there is an NCP car park around the corner that offers a yearly secure car parking space for around 83. 00 per month. (I think a yearly upfront cost is applicable but I have not looked into this.) There is also a small car park in the building where you may be able to rent a space.
