Furnished double room (with large built-in wardrobe and private use of the master bathroom) available for £450 pcm inclusive of all bills.

Apartment complex is right next to New Islington tram stop (city zone) and is only a ten minute walk to Piccadilly station, Aldi, Pure Gym, and the Northern Quarter.

Parking is not included, but I should be able to arrange if required at an additional fee. I expect this would cost £75/month.

The apartment is just over a year old, and is fully furnished to a high standard. It’s on the sixth floor and has a large south facing balcony with fantastic views. The building has 100Mb Fibre internet connection, secure bike storage, concierge and 24hrs security.

New Islington is a nice open canal side area; it benefits from being central without feeling central, and is a nice quiet place to come back home to.

I am 35, I'm working towards becoming a financial adviser, and enjoy the usual stuff such as films, football, hiking etc. I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate. I am hoping to find someone who is fairly laid back and does not take themselves too seriously. I am a live in landlord, am very easy going and a considerate flatmate.

Deposit of £450 is needed and one months rent upfront.
