House share, 3 bed house with only one occupant. Secure off road parking with drive available, all bills included Including council tax with only one week bond required. May consider pets. I'm currently living at the property permanently. the house is fully furnished also has all appliances, dishwasher, cooker, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, microwave with grill, also have a treadmill and weights to use if interested. All you pay is the rent (weekly). Good safe area 5-10 min walk from the centre. I'm a non smoker but smokers welcome.
