I have a large double room available in Northenden. The room is for female occupants only. The flat and room are spacious, airy and clean and the apartment is located in the heart of Northenden.

The flat is within walking distance from all the shops and restaurants on Northenden high street. The property is only a short car or bus ride to Didsbury/West Didsbury and the surrounding area.

Access to motorways/bus/transport links and Manchester Airport is excellent so it would be ideal for an airport worker or someone professional who wants a quiet space.

I am a live in landlady with many year’s experience of having lodgers here, a couple of whom have stayed with me for long periods of time.

I am a non smoker and the flat is also an alcohol free space, so again it’s ideal for someone who wishes to have a quieter life, as the only lodger enjoying all the area has to offer including the lovely riverside walks at the back of our property.

The bills are all included in the rent, however the room would not be suitable for someone who works from home.
