Spacious House on Northenden/Didsbury Border!!

Lovely fully furnished spacious house in great location. Really roomy for 2 people, and bright and airy throughout over 3 floors. Big garage for storage, bikes etc, off road parking and nice peaceful/well kept communal garden shared with your friendly neighbours!

Good size room and fully furnished- however room for a desk if you wish to put one in. You would be living with Varavra friendly working professional 24 (so ideally someone in their 20s too) She has 2 pet ducks which live on the ground floor, so away from lounge/kitchen bedrooms etc.

The house is ready to move into ASAP, but only really a maximum of 6 months tenancy as I am hoping to move into one of the rooms myself around xmas time- possibly would keep a housemate if we got along! I'm 26 an engineer and like the usual stuff! I'm currently away so my friend Ellie is looking after the viewings etc for me.

No bills included, so the price is just for the rent. For the next 6 months over the warmer months I'd estimate the bils to be around £100 each a month? maybe a little less.

Location is great, just out of Didsbury, but still really easy to get there- about a 3 min car journey to West Didsbury. Its about a 2 min jog to get on the river if you like to run. 30 seconds to a bus stop on Palentine road taking you into town or the airport, and shops/bars etc all within walking distance!
