Lovely Double Room in Peel Green

We have a modern double room available in our lovely townhouse home in Peel Green.

The room available is located on the top floor, comes furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, 2 set of drawers plus a TV Ariel connection. (Bedroom Furniture layout can be re-arranged to personal desire.)

The house has a large kitchen on the ground floor along with a downstairs toilet, and gym studio (former garage). On the 1st floor is a cosy living room, one bedroom and the main bathroom (with bath/shower). On the top floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite, plus an office. Dave (house owner) has the en-suite bedroom and Cristina (tenant) has the bedroom on the first floor. Dave’s pride and joy is our beautiful garden…BBQ check!

We are working professionals and would love someone similar to join us. We get on really well, sometimes spending time together on the evenings but are very happy to do our own thing. We would really like someone who is interested in being a part of the house rather than just a room to rent.

We work (currently from home) Monday to Friday (8-5) and enjoy busy weekends. We are friendly and easy going, who enjoy socialising but also like to chill at home. We keep the house tidy and clean!

The rent for the room is £400 which includes all bills, with a deposit of £400. We have fiber optic broadband also. (The room's ceiling and walls have just been freshly painted too!)

Great motorway links and only around 20 minutes into Manchester City Centre/10 to 15 mins to media city. Extremely close to the Trafford Centre also. There is a Metrolink in the centre of Eccles, which is a bus ride away or a 30 minute walk.

The house is situated in a gated complex and we have 2 parking spaces – one of these spaces is available for you to use. Any visitors would need to park on the road.
