Exciting times - new house mate needed ☺

Hi House buddy needed, in a clean and friendly home. Ideally located for all Universities. MMU and Manchester Uni on 20 minute bus route and Salford Uni walking distance. Local tram links to main Manchester stations for easy travel.

Well who are we? I work as a Teaching Assistant at a local high school and my daughter is a qualified nurse at the local hospital. Have enjoyed having housemates in the house, as they have become friends who we keep in conact with.

What do you gain from moving in? Well a clean and tidy place to live, security and space to do what you want whilst in Manchester/Salford. The room which is a double; is newly painted.

It is furnished to a excellent standard with a 4 chest of drawers, a 5 chest of drawers,5 shelf bookcase and wardrobe..(Bedding is available, or bring your own). In the kitchen is a cooker with a double oven, chest freezer, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and all the equipment needed to cook with. There is a downstairs toilet and the bathroom upstairs has a toilet, sink, bath and electric over the bath shower. In the living room is a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa, television, Amazon Firestick and DVD player.

There is wireless broadband, no bills to pay (council tax only if it applies to you of £25 per month - students exempt) Off street parking. You will have free access to use the house and appliances as needed. Naturally, you can come and go as you wish, as you socialise however you choose!!!
Previous house mates have included: male from India for 1 month, female from Brazil for 9 months and last house mate from Martinque who has left to move to Bath with her work and she had been here for over 4 years.

Oh the pet is a cat I look after when my daughter is away, so not a full time ‘tenant’ 😀
