Hi, I’m John! (one on the left in the pic). I have one double bedroom to rent (all bills included) the bedroom has double fitted wardrobes, TV, chest of drawers and underbed storage. There are 2 bathrooms (one en-suite the other is the main shared, Note: room advertised does not have en-suite), dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. The flat (incl bedrooms) have also been recently decorated.

The flat is in a great location with access to the Airport/Wythenshawe hospital (approx 2miles away) and Sharston Industrial Estate, this would be ideal for anyone working in these areas.

There are excellent Metro/ bus services to the Airport/City centre - Metro station is a 5 minute walk and the bus stop is outside the flat, M60/M56 motorway is a 2 minute drive away.

About me: I’m an IT professional currently working from home at the moment who is easy going and respectful of other people’s privacy.

I’m clean and tidy, sociable and enjoy going out, but also enjoy chilled nights in too from time to time watching TV and films. I recently started cooking and am quite active and enjoy playing sports.
