3 bedroom house to share with 1 other professional

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to look at my advert!

I'm looking to share my home on a short term basis with one other male or female who is aged between 30 - 45 yrs old.

I am a professional. I'm friendly and easy-going, very clean and tidy and I respect other people's space and privacy.

I enjoy going out at the weekend but not every weekend! I love a good box set every now and then.

House is a large 3 Bedroomed terrace. Two Large Double rooms and one single room. Large kitchen with washing Machine and all kitchen utensils for shared use.

Rent includes all bills - including council tax and broadband/cable.

The house is approximately 3 miles from Manchester City Centre and a 5 minute walk from the metrolink. It's accessible to the motorway and is also along the bus routes to Manchester and Altrincham.
