I'm looking to share my home with 1 other male or female from 28 - 38 yrs old.

I am a professional. I'm friendly and easy-going, very clean, very tidy and I respect other people's space and privacy. I enjoy going out at the weekend (but sometimes have to work then too!)

House is a large 3 Bedroomed terrace. 2 Large Double rooms and 1 single spare room. Large kitchen, Washing Machine, shower. Rent includes all bills - including council tax and broadband/cable.

The house is approximately 3 miles from Manchester City Centre and a 5 minute walk from the metrolink. It's accessible to the motorway and is also along the bus route to Manchester and Altrincham.
