Double Room in house 10 mins from Chorlton - £400

Hi there,

I have a double room in my house just outside Chorlton available now.

The house is a large 3 bed terrace on a quiet family street (M32 0JD) with on street parking.

It is very clean and tidy, non-smoking, with all mod cons (including V+ with HD and fast WiFi internet), a large new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has also recently had a new bathroom fitted. The dining room has a large table for when guests come for dinner or a Sunday Roast etc and the living room has comfy sofas, gas fire and a large TV.

The room available has recently been decorated and consists of a double bed with new mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers and there is still plenty of room to put a desk in and other storage units..

The Rent is £400 all inclusive. Which works out at £300 for the room and £100 for 50% of the council tax and some of the bills (not all as I pay the TV licence and a couple of other luxuries).

I sometimes work away so there is the chance for you to get the place to yourself for a few nights as long as you dont mind feeding the cat. When Im at home, I enjoy relaxing during the week, and seeing friends at the weekend.
