Spacious room in Urmston Semi

Room to let in an Urmston Semi Detached house in a quiet area inbetween Chassen Road and Urmston centre. This is a ground floor spacious room at the rear of the house with storage, bed, large sofa and coffee table.

House has driveway parking and good train link to Deansgate and Oxford Road 10-15 minutes. A few minutes walk to either. It is five minutes drive from Carrington power station.

Use of Kitchen with washing machine, cooker and plenty of cupboard space and Bathroom with a good shower and bath. There is no shared living room but the rooms are spacious and the kitchen is ample sized.

Rent includes all bills and wifi. Everybody considered (professional or full time mature students only). Short term is fine with one month deposit. Reference required.

This is a no smoking house and smoking would not be permitted in or around the house. Myself and the other residents don't want to smell smoke at all so if probably not ideal for smokers...

Pets are also not allowed.

Guests are allowed on a short term basis. Rooms have key locks and cupboard space is individual (and but there are shared pans, plates, cutlery etc. and areas in the fridge and freezer. You would be expected to clean up after yourself... sorry if that sounds a bit patronising but had some bad experiences in the past!

It's a quiet house and we aren't looking for a party animal. Ideally someone who uses the house as a base and is sociable and gets on with the others. We don't mind about gender or where you come from, we do mind about having a positive attitude and keeping the place as you found it. I am really into health and cooking and other housemates are keep fit fanatics.

We all work in jobs we are passionate about and all have interests outside of sitting around playing video games (although I have been known to do that).
