This is a weekday let

We are looking for a second weekday tenant for our 5 bedroom house in West Didsbury which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. We are on Sandileigh Avenue M20 3LW about 3 minutes walk from bus and tram, and as it's an Avenue so plenty of parking.

We are a professional couple 48 & 43, with a 7 and 3 year old & a one cat that only lives downstairs. We live on a different floor of the property and current tenants have no issues with children who sleep through.

The room is extremely large and has a super-king size bed, desk, plenty of storage space and an ensuite bathroom.

There is a TV in the room but also both a family lounge, and a second longue available.
