We've got a large double room to rent in a friendly houseshare in Whalley Range. The house is a large Victorian semi set over three floors, on a quiet residential road with gardens front and back. There are local shops including a Tesco Metro less than 5 minutes walk away. There's easy road access both into Manchester and out to the motorways, and good public transport links close by.

The house has a large kitchen with all mod cons (including dishwasher) and patio doors to decking and the garden, and a big living room with TV and full SKY TV package. We have fibreoptic broadband that's both wireless and wired into all the bedrooms, alarm, weekly professional cleaners and off road parking. There's two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and one with just a shower. Large gardens are front and rear and there are monthly gardeners to keep all in shape.

The room is on the first floor with a bay window overlooking the garden. It's very big and comfortably furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and shelves. There's also a sink in the room and an internet and TV point.

There are five people in total in the house which might sound a lot, but it's a very big place and the bedrooms are all large so you can have your own space in your room but company when you want it. The current tenants are all professionals including an architect and an engineer.
