Double bedroom in Chorlton / Whalley Range

Hi there, I need to fill the other room in my flat as my housemate is moving out in September. It is a large double in a well presented lower ground floor flat in a converted Victorian House. I've been there just over 2 years and my housemate and I were the first people to live there so it's in great shape.

The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/ living area with small decking area, gorgeous modern bathroom and small storage room. The room is a large double with plenty of room for other furniture. It can be furnished or unfurnished. There is private off street parking and a bike store round the back of the house.

I'm a freelance graphic designer in Television. I'd describe myself as very creative, sporty outgoing and sociable. I'm pretty active play a lot of sport but I do love a glass of wine or a pint in the pub as well. I like to go out a lot and have fun and need the flat to be a fairly quiet, chilled place- especially on weekdays as I worked very long hours.

I'm looking for a non smoker who MUST be clean, tidy and considerate. The place is alway pretty clean but not spotless.
There is a storage cupboard and the bedroom is a really decent size but the flat is not suited to someone with loads of stuff.

If you plan on staying more than 6 months there is a £100 admin fee from the letting agency -sorry!
Bills are about £100 a month average although it's pretty hard to work out as they all come in at different times of the year.
