Choice of two rooms

I am a lively, modern, clean and tidy Person. I was born in Iran, been here over 40 years.
I am a good cook, easy going and get on very well with every age! I am a Very positive and happy person, with a good sense of humor... I like bars,(Drink moderately), Tv. Internet and going for drives...I love shopping of any kind :)
I am an Artist by education, but am doing different jobs from home and outside.
Two rooms in my house are available. It is a large furnished house, 3 beds, end terrace with large dining kitchen, dining room(Not really used)and all facilities.
1 minute to bus stops, 5 min to Metro link(20 mins to the center). Very close to Aldi, Tesco, Morrisons and local shops and restaurants. Total Fitness is just round the corner. The M62 is 500 yards away, and a 4 miles long and 20 minutes straight drive takes you to the city center.
Looking for a clean and tidy(Very important)Person or two !! this will be our home and will be cared for together...House work and cleanings have to be shared.
Washing m/c, Wifi, 50" tv. etc.
