This furnished double room is available at a rate of £90 a week. This includes all your utilities and wifi broadband connection with a outside hotub.

This is a spacious furnished double bedroom with shared living room, kitchen/diner, bathroom and garden with hotub.

The bathroom upstairs has shower over the bath and WC and there is a separate WC down stairs.

The living room has a large leather electric reclining sofa (11 seater)+ 42" plasma TV. The kitchen/diner has an American style fridge freezer and ample cupboard space. There is a second reception room that leads out onto the patio and gardens. There is a separate utility room which houses a 9kg washing machine and dryer.

All rooms are shared except your own bedroom.

The rear garden has lawns four fruit trees, chickens and hottub on the patio and there is a private gated driveway to the side of the property.

The house is located on a quiet street close to local amenities: 10 mins to M4; 10 min walk to town; 3 mins to Brecon and Monmouthshire Canal and 5 mins to the mountain; 1 min to bus route for town centre; 5 min walk to local shops, pubs etc. All on your doorstep!

I am looking to rent to tidy people who clean up their mess and pay their bills on time ONLY!

Smokers may smoke outside in the garden but NOT in any of the rooms.

There is a week/month in front on top of your deposit of £200.

The main house rule is... if you use it, you clean it, as this is a shared house with no maid service!

We are a a working couple who have a small dog and enjoy the outdoor life as we have fruit trees in the garden with free ranging chickens and a small dog, we also enjoy our allotment.
