A double room in a friendly house with 2 girls and a boy. We are an easy-going and tidy house and are looking for a relaxed and friendly tenant. It's a double room with a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom and is available from the 1st July. The contract runs until next June (2014) We are currently in our second year but going into our third. Postgraduates and undergraduates welcome as we are a fairly quiet house and so disturbance would not be an issue :)Must be aged between 19 and 25. Students only.
