Great 3 bedroom House on Glanrafon Hill

House is located very close to main university buildings and Morrisons. It is in good condition with large bathroom and reasonable sized living room and kitchen. One double bed, one large single room and one small single. House itself has only three bedrooms as I will be living in self contained flat above the house not living in the house itself. I am looking for people to fill the rooms as current occupants will be finishing in June and landlord only rents property as a whole not just the self contained flat. I consider myself to be a laid back easy to live with person. I will be going into my final year of a Psychology degree in September. Ideally looking for people who already know each other though happy to consider people looking to rent just one room.
