The property comprises of all ameneties as it is a home. It is situated on a quiet road and is only a 10 minute walk from the city centre and Bangor University. Street parking is available for vehicles.
Ideally im am looking for an honest professional person or perhaps a post graduate student who seeks privacy and quietness to further their studies.
I must emphasis that the successful applicant shall be solely responsible for the property's welfare and upkeep as my profession takes me away Monday to friday on occasions.
