Simply trying to move out due to distance from lectures and nothing to do with house at all.
The house contains 3 clean bathrooms, a spacious lounge area and very nice kitchen.
Housemates are all very friendly.
The room contains a wardrobe, single bed, desk and drawers, with blinded windows.
The house price is £90-92 a week as we have bills seperate from house rent, but there was no easy way to put this on the advert (sorry!).
In a great spot just out of the city but in a quiet area. Easy walk to all of lower Bangor, whether it be lectures or the city itself.
Quite happy to accept viewings and show people around, just looking to move asap.
