I am a professional person seeking a like-minded individual to occupy my property. The individual must be well presented, clean, tidy and house proud.
The property comprises of all amenities as it is a home. It is situated on a quiet road and is only a 10 minute walk from the city centre and Bangor University. Street parking is available for vehicles.
Ideally I’m looking for an honest professional person or perhaps a post graduate student who seeks privacy and quietness to further their studies.
I must emphasise that the successful applicant shall be solely responsible for the property's welfare and upkeep as my profession can take me away Monday to Friday.
