Room available from April 27th 2014 in a beautiful cottage on the edge of Gerlan with a self employed professional. The room is a double with views over the 'zip wire' quarry, to let to one person. Lounge, Dining area, lovely kitchen and bathroom. Nice terraced garden with views, potential for some outdoor storage. There is also a small 'office' which is big enough for an inflatable double mattress for visitors or working if necessary. Would suit a professional or mature student with outdoor interests.

Unfortunately no private parking, but there are a few spots within a two min walk. The bus stops outside and goes directly to Bangor every regularly on weekdays, and runs late on Friday and Saturday nights. Its only 8 miles to Bangor for any super fit cyclists too! Costs include ALL bills, council tax, TV, broadband and line rental (but excludes any calls you need to make on the landline).

Short term lets only get in touch. This is a small room, fully furnished and full use of kitchen etc, so perfect for a visiting researcher or someone whilst looking for something more permanent. Couples welcome for £475 per month on a temporary basis (2 months max).

I have a cat, Doris, who is very loving but won't get in your way if you're not a cat person!
