Shared house in Llanberis

Room available in our shared house, the room is fairly cosy, having a raised double bed to create loads of storage space underneath. The bed is nicely made to fit out of beautiful wood. The window is south east facing and gets the sun most of the day.
We have a nice living room with a comfy sofa and a TV and sound system, the walls are covered in various musical instruments.
We have a good size kitchen and dining room which makes for a second social area in the house, the kitchen is well equipped and has a fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The bathroom has a bath with a superb power shower, there is also a second toilet on the ground floor.
For storage of stuff we have a garden shed and a yard for things such as bikes and kayaks. Inside we have storage space in the kitchen for some stuff, and better still a small box room dedicated for storage of stuff, with a dehumidifier it doubles as a drying room for outdoor kit. There is always parking available either front or back of the house, and we are 300m or so from Petes Eats so very central in the village.
The price includes heating (gas central heating), electricity, broadband, council tax, water and cleaning stuff (bleach, washing liquid, toilet roll etc) to keep things simple.
As a housemate you would be expected to keep the place clean and orderly as best as possible but no one is a clean freak. Communal areas are a shared cleaning job.
