The property is located within a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The rent is £92.50 for single occupancy or £122.50 for couples this includes cleaning .
The landlord popping in weekly. You would have full use of the whole house. Property has two additional bathrooms, street parking, rear courtyard with use of roof terrace. Wireless broadband is installed within the property and included.
I am looking for a male or female tenant who is in work or can pay their way or professional couple. A good sense of humor is a must as other occupants like to laugh a lot as do I. Respect for someone else's home is also important as this isn't a 'Rental investment property. Would like you to be reasonably tidy but not over the top and respect other tenants in property.
With regards to smoking, I don't have an issue with this so long as it's always outside.
With regards to bills, these are included in rent and washing facilities are provided. There is a shared lounge with sky.
There is an additional charge for a cleaner who comes in once a week and keeps all communal areas cleaned @£7.50 a week which is £30 a month on top of rent which is included in the rent as above
this is so it is not left to individuals to keep these areas cleaned but you are expected to clean up after yourself.
