Room for rent in a shared house in the centre of Llanrug, 10 minutes drive from Caernarfon and Llanberis and 20mins from Bangor. There is street parking and a garage available if required. The house has a good sized kitchen, living room, utility room, downstairs toilet and bathroom. The room for rent is furnished with single bed and large wardrobe, but there is room for a double bed if you want to bring your own. The bills are included in the price and this includes TV and Broadband.
I am looking for a house mate who is friendly and laid back to share with me, and my guinea pig, Floyd. I work full time, have a busy social life, and enjoy making the most of my time off - it would be great to share with someone similar!
