We have a single bedded room for £300pcm. This room is in a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Penrhyn Bay.
This room is available to the right candidate 7 nights a week.

The room is lovely and quiet overlooking the garden and is suitable for a working professional. The house is within walking distance of local amenities, shops, doctors, chemist, restaurants, pubs, Llandrillo college and major bus routes.

You will be provided with your own fridge, crockery, cutlery and bedding (if required). You will have access to a shared bathroom (with landlady only), living room, kitchen and garden.

I am a very easy going, young at heart person and am looking for a tidy and respectful professional person to share our home. I run my own cleaning business and my other housemate who is a Welsh speaker, is a young, professional female who is studying and works in the public sector. We both enjoy an active lifestyle and socialising.

We have previously had a lodger for the past 3 years.
