A large furnished top floor double bedroom in an old stone house, originally a Coaching Inn. There is a large landing adjacent to the room which can be used as an office for no extra charge.
There is a shared lounge and dining kitchen. One bathroom with free standing shower, also separate shower room on ground floor. A cooked evening meal is included in price but this can be negotiated.
There are two pets, an old cat, who is allowed upstairs and a dog downstairs!
There is parking near the property, but time restricted parking on the street.
Unlimited super fast broadband available free, but there is no TV access in the property. There is a TV and DVD player and lots of DVD's to use! If lodger wants TV/sky they are to arrange this themselves and pay license etc.
