Large Double En-Suite Room

I have a large, furnished double room available (for single occupancy) with en-suite in a professional, well maintained shared house in Aldershot.

The room is fully furnished and has a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, TV point and en-suite shower room comprising of shower, toilet and hand basin. The rent is £500 per calendar month.

The house benefits from a large and fully equipped shared kitchen/diner plus a separate laundry room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer. All household utility bills as well as broadband (BT Infinity) are included in the rental price.

There is a non-returnable £30 fee to secure the room subject to satisfactory references.
