Double bed with new mattress, large built in wardrobes with mirrored front, IKEA 6-drawer chest of drawers, IKEA bedside table, IKEA desk & desk chair. Nice curtains and blinds. High speed plug-in internet wall point and TV Freeview aerial point.

Fully fitted ensuite shower room.

HOUSEMATES
Other housemates are nice professional people working at local companies and further afield. Mixed gender house, friendly and sociable. New housemates carefully selected.

GREAT RAIL LINKS (approx 7 mins walk) & BUS STOPS (2 mins walk)
If no car - no problem as direct train links to Farnham (5mins), Frimley (10mins), Camberley (14mins), Woking & Guildford(17mins) and Waterloo (from 47 mins). Bus routes to Farnham, Farnborough, Camberley, Guildford etc and a short walk to Aldershot town centre.

ROADLINKS & PARKING
Good road links - A325, A31, A3, A331 & M3. Two off road spaces and others on road. Suitable for car owner but also fine for non-car owner as close to rail station and bus stops. Lockable shed store for bikes in rear garden.

Room rent includes all usual bills: Council Tax, Gas, Electricity* Water Rates, Wireless Broadband, TV Licence for communal area TV, weekly cleaning of communal areas, bathrooms, kitchen etc and regular garden and house maintenance by our trusted DIY man.

So - you know where you stand each month with one monthly rental charge. Also we hold our room prices for each house sharer for a minimum of 12 months.

*Laundry facilities* - currently free washing machine at our discretion. We encourage efficient use of machines so we also provide outdoor dryer when weather is suitable.
