On the lookout for a lodger!

Hi and welcome to my advert!
I am looking for a new lodger as I now have a room available for the first time in a while. (Male please/only and under 40).

My house is a semi-detached property which has two good sized double bedrooms which I have owned now for Ten years.

The room is a good size and has a double and large built in wardrobe with a sliding mirrored door. The bedroom is a blank canvass for you to put up your own pictures and photos.

Parking is easy and there is plenty of it directly opposite, the house has a front and stepped rear garden with a fish pond, the rear is currently undergoing further landscaping.

Me... I live here myself and am 38 years old. I work as a Gardener. My working days are different each week so therefore some weekends I am working. When at home on days off I enjoy relaxing with music and try to visit friends and family a lot.

I believe I'm quite easy to get on with, and believe in honesty and thoughtfulness. I have stated on the advert that I am Gay and open about it but am quite straight acting.

Locally: I live across from a pub and a very good fish and chip shop! There is a Co-op only Three minutes walk away and the town and its train station is only a fifteen minute walk.

Bills: I have stated all included, however this is on fair usage.

Pets: I own a Dog and a Cat and I have a tropical fish tank too.

The house has Virgin Media TV and Wifi Broadband.
