Hi, I am a 28 year old teacher at a local secondary school looking for a tenant or couple (ideally professional) who is interested in renting one unfurnished double bedroom in a victorian terraced house on the outskirts of Aldershot.

I have just put my house on the market in the last week and my current flatmate has moved out so I am looking for someone who is looking to let for a short term (depending on the house sale but max 6-7 months) I am looking to rent somewhere after the sale of my house and I might be staying local so if you needed a flatmate after there is the possibly we could together!

15 minute walk from the train station and new complex in Aldershot town centre.

Local convenience stores and takeaways.

Approx 2 miles from Farnham town centre.

I'm really friendly and sociable, easy to get along with as a housemate!! Enjoy a night in with a dvd/wine and have a group of friends who also live locally so we tend to socialise on the weekends.
