Double Room - move in this weekend

The room is available today, until the end of April 2015. We are happy to consider any offer from 2 weeks to 3 months. We have had tenants for the past 2 years, so this is not new to us. Get in touch and let us know how long you are looking for and for how much. Make us an offer!

We are a young, professional couple (34 and 30 years old) with a double room available to a fellow professional, for single occupancy (no couples).

The rent is inclusive of all bills, including broadband.

The house is located opposite a quiet nature reserve near the Aldershot/Farnham border, providing easy access to the A31, A31 and M3 and everything in between. We are a 15 minute walk to the town centre and train station (with direct lines to London Waterloo and Guildford).

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wall-to-wall built in wardrobe (containing a built in desk) and a chest of drawers. You will have full use of the shared areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom/cloakroom, garage and garden).

We have a cat, so someone tolerant of animals is a must.
