My property is situated in the heart of Alresford next to the Watercress Heritage Railway Station. The room is very clean self contained with an en-suite shower. Plenty of clothes storage in built in cupboard space. I am looking for a friendly female who is willing to share this lovely space I own, someone who is also willing to converse with as I think its important in a small space to maintain harmony. I work as a Freelance Director of Photography and as such I have quite long spaces between contracts so I will be at home for long periods of time. I am a very friendly easy going guy and as such would prefer someone who is like minded. Be assured you have complete privacy in your own space, my daughter visits me each month for a few days and she will share my room on those occasions.

You have access to all of the flat utilities including WiFi Broadband provided by TALKTALK 18 meg download, very reliable. If you work in Winchester, or close by and need transportation to work I will accommodate you free of charge, if I'm around and not filming that is.
