The property

Hi there, I have a light and spacious room (3 x 3.6m sq) with a single bed (however a room of the same size with double bed can be arranged if preferred). The room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. Although not en-suite, there is a bathroom adjacent that would be for the primary use of the occupant and a shared kitchen. There is a good size garden and off-road parking is available some of the time otherwise it is on-road. The area is residential so there is only local and no through-traffic. High street amenities are 5 minute walk and the station about 12 minutes.

Would suit a considerate, self sufficient, professional person. Single occupancy only
