Professional person wanted to share an end of terrace, furnished, 2. 5 bedroom Victorian property, quiet, private (no through) road, parking at front.

Suitable person will have 1 double bedroom and attatched dressing room/office space. Sharing kitchen, bathroom, dining and sitting rooms, and pretty maintained garden.

Currently one person living in house, male, quiet (but tolerant and not grumpy…). Also, one nice cat.

Rent is £500 per month and includes Internet, TV licence and all utility costs, (but excludes any chargeable telephone calls).
Tenancy agreement length negotiable.

The room has double bed, chest of drawers (though can be taken out if necessary).

There is a garden and quite a large outbuilding for storage. Parking would be on the (quiet) road.
Alton town and train station is less than a 5 minute walk away. Stagecoach operates a 20 minute service to Farnham with an 8 minute walk to/from UCA.

Direct line into Waterloo (1 hour 10 mins). Guarantees you a seat on the way into town!
