Single bedroom in friendly central Alton home

Furnished single bedroom in friendly central Alton Victorian terraced house.

Sadly due to unforeseen circumstances my amazing house mate is moving out in February. Hence I'm looking for someone equally as epic to come and fit in and enjoy the house too. Ideally someone chilled and sociable but equally happy doing their own thing.

The house is situated on a quiet road with awesome neighbours. Seeing as I'd like to the neighbours awesome I guess I'm not looking for an absolute party animal, though some good BBQs would be encouraged in the Summer.

Painted wooden floors are throughout the house. The kitchen is spacious and has all the things you could want to share, from cutlery and glasses through to heavy pots. There is a cosy front room with log burner.

The room comes with access to the WiFi, tele license, council tax, water and energy bills are covered.

A mini walk to Marks and Spencer's or Sainsbury's, round the corner from an epic local - The George. Walking distance to town, literally a couple of minutes will have you in the town centre.

For commuters
Within a 15 minute walk to the train station. On street parking in a quite road as well as close access to free public parking on Sundays or mornings (before 9am) or evenings (after 6pm)
