Comfortable House in Alverstoke Village

We are looking for a female to share our home in the heart of Alverstoke village. The house is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach (Stokes Bay) and is on the bus route for the Gosport Ferry.

The bright south-facing, first floor room overlooks the rear garden. It's privately positioned within the house, so is very quiet. The house is well equipped (with unlimited broadband etc), but the room is not en-suite. However, as there are 2 bathrooms and only myself and my daughter in the house, that should not be a problem. You will have use of all communal areas areas in house including use of the study which is next door to the bedroom.

The room has good wi-fi reception and is equipped with a multi-media TV including DVD player and ipod dock.

The rent is £85 p/w (or £70 if the room is only required Monday-Friday) and is inclusive of all services.

I have recently increased the rent marginally to include a contribution to council tax.

Incidentally, I indicated vegetarians preferred, but it's only a preference.
