Please be aware that before I will agree to my prospective house mate moving in, I will require 2 references - 1 work and 1 character.
The room: bedding included, double wardrobe, shelf unit. Under bed storage also available. Absolute Sun trap!
Everything in the kitchen is supplied too. Sony Entertainment Network TV and Sky. You need nothing other than you personal items - everything is provided. If you have a car, I have an off road parking space which I don't use. I have a small shed in my garden if you have a cycle etc.
Its a really quite location, and yet I am a stones throw from:
- Stokes Bay
- Couple of good pubs
- Nearest GP and Dentist is 5-10min walk
- Main bus routes for Fareham/ Ferry/ Southampton/ town centre
- Asda, Co-op, Morrisons, Waitrose, High street shops and Portsmouth ferry 10-15 min walk, gunwharf extra 10min!
