Large room for single ocupancy

I have a large (4mx3m) ground floor room to let in my detached house in central location close to railway station and town centre amenities. Recently refurbished and decorated it has a double bed with storage drawers, desk and chairs, new carpet, flat screen TV and broadband. You will be welcome in the refurbished kitchen/dining room (6mx3m) and have use of all kitchen equipment. Cooking on the Aga is not difficult and I shall be happy to help! Full laundry facilities can be used in the utility room. The shared bathroom has been refurbished and has large bath with shower over, washbasin and WC. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand basin that is for your sole use. I can supply bedlinen and towels but you are welcome to bring your own.
There is off road parking and the garden has several sun trap areas. This is a friendly household though, as I work from home, it would not be suitable for night shift workers.
