Hi. I have a friendly and easy going house in Andover. The bedroom has a double bed, large fitted mirrored wardrobes, and bedside tables and lamps, The bathroom has a bath with shower unit, toilet and sink. There is also a seperate cloakroom. Very well equipped kitchen/breakfast room with fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher There is a dining table and four chairs. There is also a water softener. The house has fibre optic wireless broadband. There is a seperate TV lounge, which is for occasional tenant's use. The garden is mainly lawn with plant borders. Parking is limited but there is on road parking. There is a bus service 5 minutes walk away which goes to Andover Town (2. 5 miles away).
I am looking for people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, are tidy and considerate, and who fit in around a house of like minded people.
Andover is a thriving town with multi-cinema, theatre, Sunday market, shopping precinct, lots of coffee bars and it is located near Winchester, Salisbury, Basingstoke and Southampton. There are two National Parks nearby, a 12th Century Church, some beautiful country villages, and the small airport of Thruxton which is also a racetrack. Southampton Airport is within easy reach. Mainline trains to London in one hour 10 mins!
