10 Mins drive from town centre (30 mins walk).

You will have full use of the kitchen facilities (microwave, washing machine, oven etc). Cupboard/fridge/freezer space will be provided.
The living room is not a shared space.

The room is avaliable from 1 Sept 2023.
This room is available 7 days a week/mon-Fri.
I will also consider short lets.

Please note, I have a dog who is very friendly with everyone.

As mentioned above, all bills are included within the £550 pcm, apart from landline phone charges.

I would like someone who is clean, tidy and who cleans up after themselves. I am a very easy going person who likes to relax in the evening (after gym, walking the dog, etc) watching TV/reading or cooking.
